How to set up custom document layouts in Dynamics NAV

Every time Microsoft releases a new version of one of their premier Dynamics solutions, they pack it full of helpful features. Sometimes, it’s hard to keep track of all the new little tidbits that are intended to help you do business that more efficiently.
Here’s a neat little feature we almost missed so we want to make sure you don’t:
With Dynamics NAV 2016, Microsoft added the ability to set up custom document layouts for each customer. This means that each customer can have a custom Quote, Order Confirmation, Invoice, Credit Memo or Statement, as shown below.
