Riley Hulsebus is taking the lead on Boyer’s new Fractional Accounting as a Service (FaaS) offering.The Iowa native has a master’s degree in accounting from Drake University and is a CPA experienced in audits. Boyer launches online portal for Microsoft Dynamics client support
Boyer & Associates is launching an online portal next month to enhance our Microsoft Dynamics client support. This internal portal will allow our clients to submit their support tickets directly through the Boyer website and gain more visibility into the status of any tickets currently in process. Starting Oct. 1, clients may submit tickets either through the online portal or through our support emails. This transition period will last one month. Then, on Oct. 31, our support email inboxes and phone support will become inactive. Boyer hires new CRM and ERP project manager
Boyer is thrilled to announce that we’re growing again with the addition of Melanie DeKoning as a CRM and ERP project manager.DeKoning received her bachelor’s degree in English. She had started pursuing a master’s degree in library science when a job with a temp agency changed her trajectory. What was supposed to be a short-term gig entering data for a company switching out its ERP system turned into a long-term job. Microsoft announces end of new sales for Dynamics GP
Microsoft recently announced key changes in Dynamics on-premises licensing and sales of the Dynamics GP product. The announcement states that after April 1, 2026, sales of Dynamics GP will be limited to existing customers. Existing customers can continue to purchase new licenses and modules, but there will be no new customer sales.Microsoft will continue to make enhancements to Dynamics GP and provide existing customers support through 2028 and beyond.
