This course will introduce participants to the latest version of Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Marketing module, now called Dynamics 365 Customer Insights — Journeys. Get the training you need to effectively manage marketing initiatives.

You’ll learn how to segment your audience, create highly personalized emails, orchestrate journeys, create forms for data collection, and manage events.

Sessions are from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, March 26 and 28. Cost for this two-day event with a Microsoft-certified instructor is $1,200.
