We’re thrilled to announce the exciting relaunch of the Boyer Customer Portal! After a short scheduled downtime, the portal reopened on May 23. It has been revamped with a sleek, modern design and a simplified login process. We can’t wait for you to experience these new features and enhancements.
We are currently in BETA testing with a few customers on the brand-new licensing self-service component of the portal. Testing is expected to last two weeks, and then we plan to open the licensing side for all customers on June 15. We value your feedback and would love to hear your thoughts during this testing period.
The licensing self-service capabilities will allow you to manage all Microsoft licensing that you have purchased through Boyer. You will be able to:
- Add license counts for existing products
- Purchase new Microsoft-licensed products
- Manage licenses for your users directly through the portal
In the meantime, if you would like to start managing your Microsoft licenses through the Boyer Customer Portal, please reach out to portal@boyerassoc.com to have your account configured for licensing portal access.
If you already have access to the support component of the portal, we will send you an email to notify you when the licensing component of the portal is ready for you to access. If you do not have access to the Boyer Customer Portal yet, we will send a notification to the primary contact on your account to request approval. Once that approval has been completed, you will receive an invitation to connect to the portal.
If you know you have additional Microsoft licenses that you’re not seeing as available to manage through the portal, those licenses might have been purchased through another Microsoft partner.
To manage those licenses in the Boyer Customer Portal, you will need to transfer the billing ownership of those licenses to Boyer. Again, please reach out to portal@boyerassoc.com to talk to one of our licensing specialists if you have any questions.
